    3. I am looking for the birth information on Jamon Aldrich he was born abt 1807 in either Caledonia Co. Vt. or Grafton Co. N.H. accross the river. He married Almira CHAMBERLIN abt. 1830. She was born 15 Jan 1809 In Kirby, Caledonia, Vermont I would also like confirmation that the genealogies are correct on her place of birth as her father Stephen CHAMBERLAIN was in Wheelock and so that town would seem a more logical place of birth. 3. You have to remember that Wheelock had no hospital, so you will find that a lot of women went to other towns to give birth. My mother had her first born my brother in Lyndonville at a mid-wife's home ( 1937). ----- Original Message ----- From: "Rob" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Saturday, March 31, 2001 12:05 PM Subject: [VTCAL] Jamon Aldrich > I am looking for the birth information on Jamon Aldrich he was born abt 1807 > in either Caledonia Co.
