Dear List, I am new to this list and thought I would post my information. The surnames I am researching are: Thomas GILKERSON married Janet STROBRIDGE. Moved to Illinois in the 1850's. Janet Strobridge was the daughter of Ebenezer Strobridge and Elizabeth HARVEY. Thomas Gilkerson was the son of Thomas Gilkerson and Marion SOMERS. A collateral name I am researching is SMITH. Two Gilkerson daughters of Thomas Gilkerson (the younger) married two Smith brothers. I am interested in getting in touch with other descendants and have information to share. Thank you. Carol
