I'm pleased to announce that this list has a new Manager. Darrell A. Martin has volunteered to take over the care of this list. Darrell also manages several other lists that I'm on and you should not see any changes in its opporation as he maintains a similiar low profile as long as everyone keeps on subject <G>.
