I am searching for information about the parents of Joseph Bartlett who is found in the 1820 census of Arlington, Bennington Co., VT. There are also the following Bartletts listed there: Josiah M., Joel (sp), and Eliphalet. My Joseph was born about 1786, married Nancy Skidmore, and they had the following children: Lester Leroy, b. 1816 at Arlington; Joseph, b. 1817 Arlington; Nancy, b. VT; and Maria, b. VT. Joseph could have been born in NH and removed with his family to Bennington Co. This family migrated to Franklin Co. and eventually St. Lawrence Co., NY. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
