I am attempting to discover the parents of Jane Livingston who was born 1791 in NY and married Nathan Welles Richardson in Dorset in 1820. My grandmother's cousin stated that she descended from Phillip Livingston who signed the Declaration of Independence but didn't say how. I would appreciate any information anyone would have.
