    1. KY in WAR name
    2. Since you know he was in War why are u so shy., please help me here. Just because people lived or orignated in one state does not mean that they didn't migrate to another and serve their country. Bear with me. As a researcher, I have found these generations of people were every where> YES. IT took a napsack, bedroll frypan and container of water. Two sturdy legs and lots of will and determination. But I have found people in PA all the way to OREGON to IA to OR to PA back to OH then back to IA then back to KY then OH . An Internerate minister of sorts. In the years of 1812 people were in places many never dreamt they could be in. I would look at that data of the Greenard and see if you can gleam any data from it. It was hop skip and jump to go down river a couple times and be in KY . I am so thankful I have attended so many of George Schwietzers great talks. HE gently reminds us we have to have an O P E N MIND to do genealogy. About the time we say can't be .. be ever watchful. I have seen many a good researcher go awry with thoughts:" oh, their not in my area can not be mine." This is in no way meant to berate anyone but to help everyone be more open and receptive to ideas and places. I have learned most brick walls are in our mind. O yes a few are in the lost misplaced pages of history. But we miss it because of our thought process. I love doing a "BrickWall" chat and have everyone participate on that persons brick wall, inveritably someone will find data some where to bring back and share. The answer.. "Oh,I would not have thought of that at all." So if really stuck swap a name with someone else their thought prospective on the situation. IT may surprise you. We are creatures of habit and rote.. Bad for genealogists. :<( SusiCP Family Historian It's the Indian in me.....:>)
