I have a Moses H. ARMSTRONG, born 1862, died 1917, and is buried in Mapletown Cemetery, located in the hamlet of Mapletown, on Route 7 about a mile or so East of Hoosick, NY and 7 miles West of Bennington, VT. He was married on Oct 6, 1884 to Violet M. HALLENBECK, born October 6, 1864, died 1913, and is also buried in Mapletown Cemetery. They had 5 children: (1) Dora AMRMSTRONG, born Jan 26, 1890, died 1955 in NJ, married to Harold WARD, had 1 child; (2) Sarah Maude ARMSTRONG, born June 27, 1892 in Hoosick, Rensselaer Co, NY, died July 12, 1918 in NJ, married Lynn Carrol RUDD, had 7 children; (3) John Edward Freement ARMSTRONG, born June 3, 1888, died 1930; (4) Charles M. ARMSTRONG, born May 16, 1892, Died May 22, 1959, buried in Mapletown Cemetery; (5) Julia ARMSTRONG, born Oct 8, 1905, died Mar 10, 1988, buried Mapletown Cemetery.
