    1. Re: Armstrong/Rogers
    2. Just poking around in response to your query, I was unable to locate a Moses Armstrong in Bennington in 1820, but there's an Armstrong family nearby (first name illegible) in Hoosick, Rensselaer Co., NY - which is only 7 miles away. On the following page in this census in Hoosick there's a Harper Rogers, a Daniel Rogers & a Daniel Rogers, Jr. There are other Rogers in Hoosick in 1820 as well: Isaac, John, Jonathan & Nathan. On the USGenWeb site for Rensselaer County, there's a biography of Harper Rogers: _http://www.rootsweb.com/~nyrensse/bio177.htm_ (http://www.rootsweb.com/~nyrensse/bio177.htm) Just a thought -- >Hi List, > >Can anyone help? Even a clue. > >I descend from Temmy Armstrong born about 1802, VT or NY and Shubael G. >Rogers. Temmy was the daughter of Moses Armstrong and Phoebe >Arnold. Moses was the son of Hezekiah Armstrong and Miriam >Haynes. Hezekiah was in Bennington and fought in the Rev War.
