Eliakim's first wife was Hannah. She died in April 1791 in the Town of Manchester. On the 1800 census, in Eliakim's household, there was one female "under 10", one over 16, and Eliakim's wife (based on her age ). Maybe Hannah died in child birth. In Eliakim's household in 1791, there were "three free white females". His oldest daughter, Sarah, was married prior to 1792, to Ezra Blakesley, so the three free white females in 1791 may be his daughters: one new born, Sarah and/or a housekeeper if Hannah had just died. His second wife was Mary Ann, also seen as "Marian". I do not have her death date. I would also be interested in learning if she was a widow & came in to the marriage with daughters of her own. Eliakim was on the building committee for the Manchester Baptist Church. Does anyone know if this church has old records that could be looked at to locate the names of Eliakim's daughters? Your help would be greatly appreciated as this is our "brick wall"! MaryLu in Minnesota
