HI everyone I know this is a very broad question but at least its for an early time frame not later. I have been presented a situation that requires I take a more general approach to resolve some issues. I have conflicting census records regarding the ancestral lineage of the family. I am looking for how many JONES may be listed in this book. IF not in 100's maybe someone can share with me that data. Secondly, I am looking for the knowledge if any NOYES served in this group. The parentage of my ancestor has been extremely elusive yet we have the grandparentage about nailed to the wall. Since VT, NY, and MAS are cornered and near area ancestor grew up I am concerned fro boundary changes. And three census each one says one of the above listed states as place of birth for his parent. Thankyou. for I will have to track each JONES to determine if my lineage came from any that are posted from this area. SusiCP
