    1. PARKER Family Vermont
    2. While this PARKER discussion is going on it would be a good time for me to re-post a query regarding Sylvia (HOPKINS) PARKER who signed an affidavit for her sister Cynthia (HOPKINS) HULET (1775-1860) to be able to receive her widow's pension for the revolutionary war pensioner Aaron HULET (1755-1835) of Shaftsbury, Bennington Co., VT. Sylvia and Cynthia also had another sister Bethia (HOPKINS) REYNOLDS. I have been unable to locate any more information on either Sylvia PARKER or Bethia REYNOLDS. I do not know if they are older or younger than Cynthia, and I do not know where they resided but suspect either Bennington Co., VT., or perhaps Rhode Island where these people originally came from. They most likely lived near Cynthia in Shaftsbury in order to sign documents. Just a hunch. Aaron HULET is most likely related, perhaps through the HOPKINS family to the MATTISONs as Aaron and Cynthia are buried in "Mattison's Ground", aka "The Little Rhodie Cemetery" in Shaftsbury. If any of these names sound at all familiar I would love to hear from anyone that is willing to collaborate.
