Source, Rutland Vt.Herald--Mon. Feb. 7,1949. MIDDLEBURY, Vt. Feb. 6--The funeral of Mrs. Mary E. Albert, 90, who died in the Porter hospital Saturday, will be held tomorrow at 9 a.m. in St. Mary's church. Mrs. Albert, widow of Bruno A. Albert, was born in Middlebury, Vt. May 22, 1858, the daughter of Bonus and Mary (Bourdon) Gee. She had been in active business in Middlebury for 70 years, first as a milliner, later working in the dry goods store of her brother-in-law, John Dyer, until the store was sold. She is survived by a stepson, Albert Albert of Burlington, Vt.; a step-daughter, Miss Cordelia Albert of Los Angeles, Calif., and a nephew, Denzil Galvin of Middlebury, Vt. She was a lifelong member of St.Mary's church.
