On page 373 "James SAXTON served from April 12 to April 21, 1814 in Capt. Othniel Jewett's Company, Sumner's Regt. Volunteered to go to Plattsburg, September 1814, and was at the battle, serving 9 days in Capt. Jehiel Saxton's Company, Sumner's Regt."
