P. Smith, ed., History of Addison County Vermont (Syracuse NY 1886) has the only Frank reference in the book. You can see it in <www.middlebury.edu/~lib/AddisonCoHistory/DirectoryHAC.html> where O. Frank is listed with others from Lincoln who paid a commutation relative to the Civil War draft. No Frank names are found in Munsill's Early History of Bristol VT.
