John, Thank you so much for the two references. The O. Frank listed in Smith's book is most likely Oliver Frank, son of John and Anna [Brown] Frank. He married Mary "Polly" Brown, daughter of Jacob and Anna Brown. They had a big family of very young children around Civil War time. He and his wife lived in Bristol until they died in 1890's. I am having a very hard time researching the Brown's and Frank's. Your help was very much appreciated!
