Miss Nettie Johnson is ill at her home on the West road. Miss Anna Wilson was home from Burlington over Sunday. J. L. Barker and family, who have been the guests of his mother, Mrs. Margaret Barker, have returned to their home in New York. Mr. and Mrs. Quelch were among the excursionists to Lake George last Sunday. Mrs. O. A. Briggs, who has been visiting relatives in Vergennes, has returned. Clifford Bacon of Claremont, N. H., is spending his vacation of two weeks with his father, S. N. Bacon. Miss Freda Kent, who has been visiting at James Foley's, has returned to her home in Brooklyn. Miss Jessica Memoe spent Sunday with her cousin, Miss Stella Memoe in Brandon. Mrs. Sherman Slade and daughter, Margery of Hartford, Ct., are with relatives in town until Saturday.
