Miss Margery Plue has resumed her studies at Middlebury college, after spending the summer with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Allan C. Plue. Miss Marguerite Munger accompanied Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Lewis and daughter, Esther, of Shoreham, on Thursday to Willsboro, N.Y., where they were guests of relatives for the day. Chauncey W. Bodfish, who has been suffering for some time from an infected foot, has resumed his duties as station agent at North Orwell and Edward Whalen, who has been supplying there, has returned to Healdville. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Hoff, after being guests for a few days of their cousin, Mrs. Clarence A. Munger, have returned to Boston. Mrs. Marcena Branch and Mrs. Ellen H. Wood were guests in Brandon Thursday of Charles Dodge and daughter, Minnie. A number of members of Independence chapter, O. E. S., attended the district meeting held Wednesday in Shoreham. Mrs. Audas S. Ferson and son, Reginald, of Vergennes, visited her daughter, Mrs. Robert Marceille, on Wednesday.
