Miss Eleonora Sturtevant of Weybridge has been visiting Miss Francis Ouimette of Seymour street. Lawrence Patch, a student at Middlebury High school, met with a miner accident while playing tennis recently. He fell, striking on his chin and broke two lower teeth which were extracted. There will be an Addison County get-together meeting of Parent-Teacher association at Bristol, Thursday night at 8 o'clock. The state president, Mrs. L. Carpenter and Mrs. T.Roe, national worker will be the speakers. Those who desire transportation have been asked to notify Mrs. B. F. Andrews of 10 Cottage street. The Home Demonstration club of Bristol will meet today at 1:30 at the home of Mrs. P. T. Varney on Church street. Hat remodeling will be done at this meeting under the direction of Miss Elizabeth Hearn of Middlebury leader. The Woman's Union of the Memorial Baptist church will meet with Mrs. Fred Crossthwaite , Seminary street Wednesday afternoon , at 3 o'clock. The Woman's Association of Home and Foreign Missions of the Congregational church will hold its first meeting of the year today at 3 o'clock. Reports of the rent state meeting will be given. Miss Sarah Calvi,daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Calvi of Seminary street have gone to New York city where she will board the S. S. Mauretania for a voyage to Italy. Miss Calvi will visit friends and relatives in Italy William Backus of Schenectady, N. Y., is visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Novak, Jr.
