Source, Rutland Vt.Herald--Thur. Mar.13,1890. WEST ADDISON, Vt. March 12--The social at Mrs. Willis Hindes' last Friday evening, passed off very pleasantly with quite a good attendance. Mrs. William Posson has returned to her home in Lincoln. G.W.Norton's team was frightened near Weston and Agnew's ice house Monday and ran away, but were not seriously injured. Mr. George Sheey has moved to Port Henry, N.Y., and Joseph Gravell moves back on his own farm. Mr. Joseph McRory of Port Henry, N.Y.,owner of the large stock farm on "Lake street", is very sick with pneumonia, caused by "la grippe". Fred E. Smith, who has been away attending a business college at Albany, N.Y., returned home last week. Rev. Mr. and Mrs. Shermerhorn leave this week for Prattsville, N.Y., on a visit to their children.
