Source, Rutland Vt. Herald--Fri. Jan. 2, 1953 VERGENNES, Vt. Jan 1---Funeral services for Mrs. Hester Danolds, 92, died yesterday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Gregory of Vergennes, will be held in the Wallingford, Vt. Congregational Church Saturday at 2 p.m. Mrs. Danolds made her home with the Gregory family in Vergennes for 19 years. She was born in Medina, N. Y., March 8, 1860, and resided in Wallingford Vt. with her husband, Avery Danolds, until his death in 1934. She leaves a son, Maj. Charles A. Danolds, stationed in Japan, and two grandchildren, David Danolds of Riverside, Calif., and Mrs. Charles Cold of Oakland, Calif. The body was removed to the Mallory Funeral Home in Fair Haven, Vt., where friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow. Burial will be in the vault in Wallingford Cemetery.
