Source, Rutland Vt. Herald--Fri. Jan. 2, 1953. VERGENNES, Vt., Jan. 1--Rites for Mrs. Eleanor S. Lewis, 71, who died yesterday after a long illness will be held in St. Peter's Church in Vergennes Saturday at 9 a.m. The wife of James W. Lewis of Vergennes, Mrs. Lewis was the daughter of James A. and Eleanor ( Parrish) Sullivan. She and her husband moved to Vergennes from Boston several years ago. In addition to her husband, she leaves a daughter, Mrs. Albert Olson of Vergennes, and three grandchildren. Burial will be in Prospect Cemetery here.
