1. Looking for the deaths of Oliver MOTT and his wife Sophia (CHARBONNIER) MOTT sometime after 1868 possibly in Vergennes, VT. 2. Information on the family of Henry MILLER son of John and Polly MILLER of Vergennes, Vt. Henry married Mary MOTT in Vergennes in 1868 by Rev. Torrey. (Catholic??) They had known children, Polly and Eliza J. possibly more. Mary was still living in 1924, so her death would be after that date. She would have been in her early 80's then. Looking for her death and where buried. Is there an index for the burials in Prospect Cemetery? 3. Looking for any reference to a John VANIER and his wife Emily BOUTIELLIER family living in Vergennes in 1840. They had children Susan in VT 1840-41; Henry 1843; and Helen 1845. Then they moved to NY then back to Vergennes in the late 1850's and had a daughter Apoline 1858 in VT. They had an elderly female living with them on the 1840 census. She possibly would've had either surname of above. I will be going to Vergennes soon and hope to be able to find some answers. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks Brenda [email protected]
