My records indicate that Charles was born in Sandusky, Vermont. ON the 1900 census, Charles, his wife and children are residing at 6 Auburn St. in Lowell, MA. Charles parents were both buried in Chelmsford, MA, which is close to Lowell. If you need more info, I will be more that happy to help in anyway I can.
