VERGENNES,Vt., Feb.23--Mrs, Delia St.Clair, widow of Peter St. Clair, died tonight at 10 o'clock at her home in Ferrisburg,Vt. after an illness of several weeks, at the age of 77. She was born July 27, 1861, in Randolph, Vt., daughter of Oliver and Lusula (Paro) Hanks. In 1879 she married to Mr. St.Clair, who died in 1926. For 25 years they resided at Cedar Farms, Charlotte, Vt., summer home of the late Charles Emerson of Boston. In 1919 they bought the B. W. Field homestead and farm in Ferrisburg were they made their home. Mrs. St. Clair is survived by a son, William L.St. CLair of Ferrisburg, Vt., and a daughter, Mrs. Howard W. Adams of Vergennes, Vt. ; and a grandson, George Howard Adams of Vergennes.
