Author: bburt783 Surnames: BROWN, WHEELER Classification: queries Message Board URL: http://boards.rootsweb.com/localities.northam.usa.states.vermont.counties.addison/3072/mb.ashx Message Board Post: Does anyone have information on the family of Solomon Brown who lived in New Haven, Vermont in the late 1700's/early 1800's. His son William Brown married Diadama Wheeler, daughter of Truman Wheeler, and the couple moved to Malone, NY before 1820. Solomon Brown is mentioned in the history "New Haven in Vermont 1761-1983" by Harold Farnsworth and Robert Rodgers as being in the town in 1803 and his gravestone in Vergreen Cemetery is featured in the book, but the photocopy someone sent me is too indistinct to read the information on it. I would be most grateful if someone could assist me with anything regarding the family line of Solomon Brown. Thanks in advance.
