I find this migration pattern very interesting as my Bowers line lived in Hanover twp, Morris Co, NJ and moved to Bridport, VT. Do you happen to know when the Tichenors moved? AND....I have a Nathaniel Tichenor who m. Ruth Pierson (pos. Pearson) who was a sister to my Hannah Pierson. Hannah Pierson m. Lemuel Bowers! Hannah and Lemuel's son Lemuel came from Morris Co, NJ to Bridport, VT and then on to Crown Point, Essex Co, NY. Now, for the Smiths....Moses Pierson (you guessed it....brother of my Hannah) m. Rachel Smith. Although I have that Moses was b. in Newark, Essex Co, NJ, I have him dying in Shelburn, Chittenden Co, VT. He probably came with the rest of the bunch, anyway. Are our Tichenors connected? Our Smiths? Would love to hear more about your line as families did move together and obviously there could be a relationship here! Any Baldwins in the mix? Martha Pierson m. an UNKNOWN Baldwin...(yes, a sister of Hannah) AND...Nathaniel Bowers is said to have been the father of Lemuel Bowers, Sr. Nathaniel m. Hannah Smith. Her parents were Smith and Knapp of CT. Parts of my lines on this branch are deadends, so maybe we can help each other in some way. Thanks for posting! I am interested in all Addison County Tichenors, including heads of households, Daniel (my ancestor), Zopher and Martin. > > > ==== VTADDISO Mailing List ==== > Addison County Gen Web page: > http://home.att.net/~swaitela/Default.htm > > ============================== > To join Ancestry.com and access our 1.2 billion online genealogy records, go to: > http://www.ancestry.com/rd/redir.asp?targetid=571&sourceid=1237 > > >

I have seen the FLEURY name mentioned recently on one of the lists I subscribe to. Does anyone have information about a Stella FLEURY d. 1906 at the age of 28 years. This would have mean she was born in abt 1878. Her husband may have been a Philip EZRO. There would have been one known child, a Mary Louise EZRO. This child was put in a French speaking Catholic convent (?) after her mothers death. There is probably a Canadian connection and maybe a native Indian connection also. Any info deeply appreciated. a native Vermonter lost in Texas Gene Warner
