SPRINGFIELD, March 19--Funeral services were held today in the Davis Memorial chapel for Mrs. Etta Nichols, 76, who died Friday in the Bellows Falls inn, where she had been a patient since August. The Rev. Dana E. Klotzle, pastor of the Universalist church,officiated. The daughter of William H. H. (sic) and Adeline (Taylor) Ralph was born August 2, 1867, in West Windsor.She is survived by her husband,Elwin A.Nichols; a son,Ray E. and a daughter, Mrs. Dwight Polley, all of Springfield ; also four grandchildren,Corp.Earl Polley, USMC, of California, and Wayne Polly (Sic) Ralph E.
