Source, Rutland Vt.Herald--Sept. 15,1922. POULTNEY, Vt. Miss Charlotte Williams, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John D. Williams of Beaman street, and Rowland Carter were married at the parsonage of the Methodist church by Rev. H. C. Connor, pastor, Wednesday evening at 7:30 o'clock. They were attended by Miss Elsie Williams, sister of the bride, and Eber Wilson. After a wedding trip to New York and other points Mr. and Mrs. Carter will make their home on Beaman street.
