Source, Rutland (Vt) Daily Herald--Thur. Sept. 12,1918. RUTLAND, Vt. Grand Jury Begins Its Consideration of Cases. The Grand jury began work at the Rutland County court house yesterday afternoon under the direction of State's Attorney C. V. Poulin. H. O. Carpenter is foreman. The case of the state of Vermont against Mary Yablonski of West Pawlet, who alleged to have murdered her husband, is under consideration. Mrs.Yablonski is now at the state hospital for insane at Waterbury for observation as to her sanitary. Dr. B. H. Stone of Burlington, state pathologist, is said to be a witness before the grand jury.
