Gray, 71, occurred at his home in Middletown Springs Friday afternoon after a short illness. He is survived by his wife, a daughter, Mrs. Clare M. Cole of Rutland (Vt) , and a son,Henry S. Gray of Boston. Funeral services were held at his late home on Tuesday afternoon with burial in the Pleasant View Cemetery in Middletown Springs.
