McCloskey of Rutland a plot of land including about three quarters of an acre on the south side of West street, west of the bridge. Mr. and Mrs. Emory F. Baird of Rutland have deeded to Mr. and Mrs. Arsene Mercure of the city property on the east side of Adams street.
