Shea, son of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Shea of New London, Conn., and Miss Isabelle C. O'Brien of this village, were united in marriage on Tuesday morning at eight o'clock at St. Mary's church, Fair Haven. The bride was gowned in white canton crepe with silk lace and wore a picture hat to match, and carried a shower bouquet of roses and sweet peas. She was attended by her sister, Miss Mary O'Brien who wore a gown of orchid georgette over pink satin with hat to match and carried orchid sweet peas. The best man was Charles Mumford of Norwich, Conn.After the church ceremony a reception was held at the home of the bride's parents, the house being attractively decorated for the occasion with crepe streamers and flowers. The bride's gift to the bridesmaid was a signet ring and the groom's gift to the bride was a string of pearls.
