Mrs. Marcia Longley , formerly of Mendon, Vt., died yesterday morning after several months' illness with cancer of the liver, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Stillman Stoddard of Stockbridge, Vt. Mrs. Longley was born in Mendon, Vt. January 9, 1839, but had spent the greater part of her life in Stockbridge, Vt. She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. W. J. Ranger of Mendon, Vt.,Mrs. W. A. Packard of Rutland, Vt. and Mrs. Stoddard of Stockbridge, Vt, two sons, Harley and Edward of Stockbridge, Vt. and two brothers, Edward Eggleston of Rutland, Vt. and James Eggleston of Mendon, Vt. The funeral will be held Thursday noon at the residence of her daughter in Stockbridge, Vt.
