Here for Last 31 Years . Carl P. Allison, aged 54 years, died Saturday evening about 9:30 o'clock at his home on Forest street, following a long illness with the complication of diseases. He had been a resident of Rutland for many years, and for 31 years had been employed by the Howe Scale company. He was a member of St.Peter's church. Mr. Allison is survived by his wife and one son .
