Barker; Well Known Livery Stable Proprietor Succumbs to Paralysis, William E.Barker, who for the last 20 years has conducted a livery stable in this city, died last night at 6 o'clock at his home,No.96 Willow street. About three years ago he had a stroke of paralysis and at intervals, since that time he had suffered from the disease until the final stroke last Monday from which he did not rally. Mr.Barker was born in Castleton 46 years ago, he being the son of the late Alonzo Barker.
