King, has been very sick during the last month. Jonas Reed, proprietor of the Union hotel, will sell his household goods Saturday. Postmaster Carter is again sick with lumbago. Miss Huldah Belden, daughter of D. S. Belden, is to teach this summer in the Temple district. At a society meeting Monday evening, it was voted to offer Rev. Mr. Vincent, who recently preached here as a candidate, $550 and free use of the parsonage and grounds. Farmers are busy plowing and sowing and planting, and are pleased to see their stock getting good feed in the pastures. This spring is phenomenal for it's early feed. Word has been received here that E. L.
