Glynn is confined to her home on Park avenue by illness. Ernest L. Franklin is on a business trip in the northern part of the state. Dennis Mears, clerk at the Bates house, is enjoying a short vacation in New York. Mrs. Melzer Edson arrived home last evening from a several weeks' visit with relatives in Philadelphia. Miss Lizzie Whitcomb will arrive home today after an absence of several months in Woburn, Mass,, and vicinity. Col. C.C. Kinsman and his son, Frank, left town yesterday afternoon for a two weeks' trip in northern Vermont and New York. Mrs. George A. Tuttle and her daughter, Mrs.Charles J.Powers, arrived yesterday afternoon from Garden City, Kansas, where Mrs. Tuttle has been visiting her daughter during the winter. D. F. Waite, trainmaster, and D. B. Fales, train dispatcher of the Delaware and Hudson road, have gone on a five weeks' pleasure trip to the Pacific coast.
