Mr.Larkin was born in Rutland, September 13,1863, the son of James and Katherine Larkin.He was a farmer until his retirement a few years ago.His wife,Lillian Gearing Larkin, died a year ago.Mr.Larkin was a member of Rutland lodge of Masons.
