Mr.Quilty had resided in the city during his entire life. Besides Mrs.Bassett he is survived by another sister,Mrs. Katherine Lyons and a brother, John Quilty. The funeral will be held at the Church of the Holy Innocents tomorrow morning at 8:15 o'clock.
