She was born in 1874,in Llandegai, Caernarvon,North Wales,the daughter of Rowland and Margaret (Roberts) Williams. She is survived by two sons, Arthur Hughes of Washington, D.C.and Harold Hughes of Granville,N.Y.; a daughter, Mrs.Helen (Nellie) Dziuba of Rutland, several grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m.at the McDermott Funeral Home by the Rev.Stewart Rowley, pastor of the Congregational Church at Fair Haven.
