Article Text: GOLDEN WEDDING DAY OBSERVED BY BAXTER STREET PAIR More than 200 relatives and friends attended an open house reception given Saturday afternoon to Mr.and Mrs. Peter Allard of Baxter street, at their home,in observance of their golden wedding anniversary. The couple received a profusion of gifts, congratulatory messages and flowers.They were presented with a purse containing two one-hundred dollar bills. The celebration began in the morning when Mr.and Mrs. Allard attended a special mass at 8 o'clock at the church of the Sacred Heart of Mary, were they were married a half century ago, by the late Rev. Norbert Proulx. Rev. L.A.
