Good Afternoon: Mary Goode was Edward Bookers first wife (we do not know where they married) and they appear to have been married prior to 1707 based on the birth of their son Richard who may have been the oldest child. Their other children were Edward Jr., Lucy who married Richard Clarke, Mary who married Samuel Tarry and Judith. Somewhere in there Edward (and his family) moved from Gloucester County to Henrico County. From there he and his growing family moved to the part of Prince George County which later became Amelia County. This may have been about 1732 when Edward Booker of Henrico County patented land in Amelia County and Mary may have been deceased by then.
