This is a long shot in the dark of history. Timothy Redding [Reading] b. 1707 d. 1760 Germantown, Fauquier Co., VA married Mary Spillman on 1742 Germantown, VA. Daughter of John Spillman and Mary FISHBACK. Children included Joseph, Sarah, William, Isaac. Now, the question I need answered is---does the census for VA cover this time frame? Is there any information on John Spillman or his wife anywhere? Or Redding? Isaac was said to have married his first cousin Millie. I have seen one source which states he married Mildred ARMISTEAD instead. If he married his first cousin she would have to be daughter of William who married Clara [????]. I would like to pin this group down. The Redding's married into the Tinder clan.
