You just helped a bunch with the Carter info. I am not sure who they were and why they connect with Benjamin Suite, but for some reason Benjamin Suit was in Caswell Co NC in 1803. Later, a William SUITE, Jr. was a debtor in the estate of Jesse Carter who also died in Caswell Co. NC in 1817. I also had seen a William Suit who was deeply in debt and sold NC land around that time. I need to find my notes. But, do you have any information on Jesse Carter and if he is part of the VA family?
