Mrs. Wilson was born August 7, 1927, in Virginia, to June and Tish Brady Westmoreland. Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Shirley and Calvin Wilson of Mount Airy; a son, Russell Queen of Mount Airy; eight grandchildren; one stepgrandchild; twelve great-grandchildren; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Mavie Westmoreland and Ruby and Cobb Harris; and a brother, Carl Westmoreland. The funeral service will be held Thursday, January 1, 2009, at 2:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home Chapel in Mount Airy. Burial will follow in the Wilson Family Cemetery.
