Born in Virginia, Specialist Marshall was never a resident of Windsor, but visited the city regularly while on leaves. He is survived by his widow, Josefa of 1431 Mark Street, Windsor, and his mother, Mrs. Fanny Wright, of Washington, D.C. The body will be brought to Windsor for burial.
