Be that as it may: Now, back to your question. The way you had posed it was rather odd and sort of defied an answer. May I respectfully ask to rephrase it in such a way that you let us know exactly you have in front of you, how you got to this point in your research, and just what the document (or documents) say? You made it seem as though as one document for one event applied to two people in two states. It really didn't seem clear to me. I'd be glad to help and I am sure a lot of others here would too. And yes, this recent jabber has just distracted most of us from the topic at hand. I realize you are at handicap living in another continent. Thankfully, we all speak some sort of the same form of English, and I'm sure we can muddle through this one if we give it enough attention.
