I'm with, Karen. It only takes a minute to be polite, and the rest of the day to be rude. Why? Because being rude sticks with you, gives you ulcers, and makes the rest of us most uneasy. In fairness, though, I suppose maybe Phil and a few others have dial-up web connections, and that does make it harder. Since they can see who sent the mail, however, it seems they could learn to discern which mail to open and which to delete.
