Charles W. WELLS is said to have been born in Birksbury Co., VA in 1832. I'm having difficulty finding Birksbury Co., and I'm wondering if anyone knows if it was merged with another county, etc.? Any help is greatly appreciated. Peggy Riggs Kopp
