    3. William C Haynes was born in 1780 in Charles City County, Virginia. He is listed in 1810 as a head of household and he served in the Virginia Militia, for a glorious sixteen days from 28 Jun to 13 Jul 1813, in the War of 1812. He first married a Lucretia <UNKNOWN> and they had 6 children. However, on 26 Dec 1832 in Charles City County, Virginia , William C. married Elizabeth B PULLEY (PULLEN?). Elizabeth was born abt 1808 in Charles City County, Virginia. She survived William C who died 18 Dec 1852 in Charles City County. William and Elizabeth had the following children: William Boyce Haynes Birth: 1 Nov 1838 Charles City County, Virginia Military: bet 1861-1865 Company K, Virginia 53rd Infantry, CSA Living in Richmond, Virginia and listed as a huckster in 1880. Death: 24 Apr 1931 Washington D.C. Spouse: Adelaide (Annie) Victoria Goddin (m 11 Jan 1860) Elizabeth J. (Eliza/Lizzie) Haynes Birth: 1838 Census: 1880 Chickahominy, Charles City County, VA Spouse: Christopher B Haynes Spouse: John Biggs Cornelia A Haynes Birth: 1841 Death: aft 1880 Sarah E. (Sally) Haynes Birth: 1844 Death: aft 1880 At some point, Elizabeth Pulley HAYNES relocated to Washington D.C. and in 1871 is living at 333 Missouri Av. Five years later she is living at 321 Penn Av. , and in 1880 she's in her daughter Sally's boarding house in D.C. Elizabeth died between bet 1880-1886.
